Based on Rackheath Industrial Estate in Norwich Norfolk, we have been providing quality custom built flight cases from our offices and warehouse in the UK since 1996 and have over 30 years manufacturing and selling experience. Also in 2011 we have had to extend our mezzanine to accommodate a new second CNC router and we have doubled the amount of staff on the workshop floor to keep up with the demand for our flight cases and CNC routed products.

Flight Case Design
Our team is experienced in specialist CAD design and CNC routing techniques enabling us to offer you a bespoke service with our flight cases and foam inserts as well as other projects such as CNC routing of Perspex, HDPE, Foamex and other plastic, birch plywood, Dibond and Alupanel, engraved labels with a wide choice of laminate colours. And because all our internal/external flight case layouts, panel drawings and foam inserts are all drawn and saved using our CAD system we can recall them should you ever need to reorder.
